This Command Starter includes a sizable force ideal for playing small-scale Warmachine games, great for starting out or for growing your Southern Kriels Kithguard army up to 100 points when combined with the Battlegroup Box and Core Expansion.
The Kithguard are the standing military forces of the Southern Kriels. Led by veteran warriors that cut their teeth fighting in the wars of the Iron Kingdoms and fresh recruits that came of age in the years since the trollkin exodus from Western Immoren, the Kithguard began in Alchiere as a loose coalition of village militias organized to fight in the common defense of the Southern Kriels.
The Kithguard was forged into a regular standing army under the command of General Gunnbjorn. With the assistance of a dedicated and experienced cadre of officers, Gunnbjorn drilled the Kithguard into a model of military professionalism and efficiency.
