The Ashton Arms Apartments were once a grand 3-story complex housing many families. Today, the roof has collapsed, the interior is gutted, and the war grinds on! The Ashton Arms Ruins could be used as a single ruin, measuring 9-3/4 inches to a side or broken up into 2 to 4 ruins of various sizes. The kit features a gaping hole stretching from the roof to the first floor. Not only does it look great, but it lets you get your hands deep down into the action without tearing the building apart.
